Sustainability for Teqt Group
Sustainability
Our approach to sustainability
A roof should last for decades. It must withstand the elements, protect people and buildings - and meet new energy and climate requirements. At Teqt, we view sustainability as a natural part of our business, where we strive to unite long-term quality with responsibility for both people and the environment.
As an international group of companies with a strong local presence, we have the opportunity to make a difference - and we take that responsibility seriously. Our goal is to contribute to development that is sustainable over time, both in the small and large scale.
We work to make sustainability an integral part of how we run our companies, collaborate with suppliers and create value for our customers.
That is sustainable roofing solutions, built to last for generations.
Sustainable roofing solutions
Roofs that make a difference - for both the environment and the economy
With Teqt Group’s sustainable roofing solutions, you get more than just protection from the elements. We provide installation of solar panels, green roofs and additional insulation - three measures that strengthen both the property’s value and its climate performance.
Our companies combine technical know-how and craftsmanship to ensure the right conditions from the ground up. We ensure that the roof is strong enough for solar panels, that sedum has the right conditions to grow and that insulation improves the indoor climate.
Quality that lasts - including for those who perform the work
Skilled professionals are behind every roofing solution. We know that the future of the industry is shaped by the people in our Teqt companies - which is why we prioritise a safe working environment, a strong fellowship and opportunities to develop in the profession. Knowledge, responsibility and professional pride are shared in our companies - and this is reflected in the end result.
All companies within the Teqt Group follow applicable collective agreements or corresponding industry standards in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. This means fair conditions with agreements on wages, working hours, the working environment and social rights - for everyone who works in our group of companies.
Vision
TEQT should be the sustainable choice for many generations to come.

Our sustainability program - aiming for long-term change
Teqt’s sustainability work is based on a joint programme that focuses on the areas where we can make the greatest difference. The programme is integrated into both strategy and everyday life - and guides our priorities towards development that benefits both the business, the environment and society.
It rests on three focus areas:
- Focus on the employee
- Sustainable roofs
- Healthy business
We continuously monitor and develop our work in these areas - with the aim of contributing to social, ecological and economic sustainability, and to the UN’s global goals.
